Technical Skills:

Database and Reporting:
- Solid understanding of Application Architecture, SQL Programming Language, and relational databases
- Ability to compile clear and concise reports based on analytical data.
- Experience with Software Delivery Lifecycle Methods
- ITIL Process:
  Advanced skills in ITIL process management, process analysis/engineering, service metrics, service management application administration, electronic workflow administration, and service request automation
  
  Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Knowledge, Event, and Request Management processes in a diverse technology environment.
  
  Demonstrated abilities performing business requirements analysis, process documentation, technical documentation, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project)
  
  Knowledge of IT audit, compliance, governance frameworks, project management principles and strategies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
  
  Splunk \xe2\x80\x93 Must have experience
  
  Strong knowledge in Splunk
  
  Strong knowledge in Telecom Domain & Strong experience in ITSI
  
  Build reports, create dashboards & alerts
  
  Query data in Splunk using SPL (Splunk search language)
  
  Data ingestion through REST API or scripts (activity for both admin or developer
  
  Javascript to create visualizations or Python to create custom SPL commands
  
  Integrate third party visualizations into Splunk
  
  App Dynamics
  
  Patch and support AppDynamics
  
  Implement application monitoring using AppDynamics
  
  Provide on-call and after-hours support for escalated problems and conduct bridge calls with Tier III support, Operations Management, and Vendors
  
  Monitor system usage for compliance.
  
  Administer, monitor and ,maintain system security
  
  Research and keep current on APM technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
  
  Good Knowledge of the following Microfocus tools:
  
  Microfocus SMAX
