Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality Italian cuisine for onsite staff.
Manage meal planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with offshore standards.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with supply teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Italian Chef (offshore experience is a plus).
Ability to work in a remote, rotation-based environment.
Strong understanding of Italian culinary techniques and menu creation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
