About the role
As an IT/Web Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop, code and maintain software systems for our company. This includes the development of new websites, enhancing existing websites and further developing our CRM/Accounting system using Zoho software.

You will work closely with Managers and other staff members to understand project requirements and provide effective solutions. Your role will also involve designing, coding, testing, modifying and implementing software products. Collaboration with Sales and Operations teams will ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

You will have the chance to contribute to the company\'s success by using your technical expertise to drive innovation and streamline processes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proactive initiative and have confidence in their abilities.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Candidates should possess knowledge of software systems and frameworks along with the ability to create and enhance websites, systems and software to meet business needs. Experience with Zoho CRM/Books software and proficiency in MS Office applications is highly desirable.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies. Good communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Lastly, candidates must exhibit a strong ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
