About the Role

Fournir le support informatique pour les utilisateurs internes et les chaînes d'assemblage à travers le dépannage et la maintenance des équipements informatiques et les logiciels mis à disposition par le département IT.

Assurer le règlement rapide des incidents liés à ces services et la bonne gestion des nouvelles exigences demandées

Your Responsibilities

Localiser les problèmes et réparer les logiciels et le matériel existant sur les PC; Assurer le bon déroulement de la production et éviter les arrêts de lignes ; Gérer le parc informatique le plus approprié en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise; Gérer avec les fournisseurs les achats, la location ou l'entretien du matériel et des logiciels; Gérer le flux de pièces, d'équipements, de matériel et de logiciels, etc Formation initiale aux utilisateurs;
