Job Summary: Looking for an IT Technician in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience working as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role required
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking as well as software applications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware as well as software issues
Must have experience with Windows and Mac operating system
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent diagnostic skills
Familiarity with IT security best practices will be a great advantage
