Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware and software components, repair or replace damaged hardware,
• Basic knowledge of native LINUX, UBUNTU
• Basic knowledge in PABX configuration
• Knowledge of configuring routers and mesh

• Upgrade systems to enable compatible software, install and upgrade antivirus software, test and
• Evaluate new technology, perform tests on new hardware and software, define software,
• Hardware and network requirements, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Track and record all deployed IT assets
• Website and Email account Management and security

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Exceptional time management.
• Familiarity with Information Technology principles.
• Professional manner and strong ethical code especially in decision making.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
