Triple A Technology Solutions is an IT reseller and System integrator based in Business Bay - Dubai seeking an energetic, responsible IT Engineer to join our growing organization. We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist our clients with all IT-related technical installation and support issues. As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Perform onsite racking, stacking, installation and configuration of IT Hardware devices, such as; Servers, Storage, Firewalls and Networking Devices.
- Installation and Configuration of IT Software, such as (VMware, Veeam, Veritas, Microsoft etc).
- Installing new networking cables, or fibre optics as well as repairing existing systems
- Assembled customized PCs (Desktop and Laptop) for clients.
- Upgrade client\xe2\x80\x99s laptop and desktops as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement
- Consulting with clients to create design specifications for new systems.
- Installing and configuring client new computer systems
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Proactively provide guidance and training to clients so they can maximise the productivity of the equipment and avoid operator faults.
- Proven hands-on experience as an IT Technical Engineer
- Proficient Hardware and Software skills, with proven work experience on (VMware, Veeam, Veritas, NetApp, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo etc)
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology or related field.
- Knowledge of IT Hardware, Software and Networking devices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Minimum work experience between 2 to 4 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored solutions to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- IT Technical Engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
