About Position
We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to join our company in Dubai, UAE. IT Team Lead will be responsible for a team of administrators specializing in network, systems, and end point maintenance. Oversee projects, provide technical guidance, and drive team development to ensure optimal IT operations. This role offers the potential to transition to a DevOps Lead position and includes exposure to Azure and AWS technologies.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of administrators focused on network, systems, and end point maintenance
• Collaborate to align IT projects with business objectives
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure network, systems, and end point performance
• Stay updated on networking trends for innovation and optimization
• Foster a collaborative team environment with transparent communication
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions for network, systems, and end point enhancements, including Azure and AWS technologies
• Lead incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for critical issues
• Guide team in line with IT roadmap and organizational strategy
• Provide direction and oversight for daily operations, ensuring smooth maintenance and support activities
  

• 15 years of IT experience, including significant focus on network, systems, and end point roles
• Proficiency in network architecture, systems maintenance, and end point security
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Previous experience managing a team of administrators is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS technologies
