About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

IT Systems Coordinator

to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking across the organization. Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address technology requirements. Manage and maintain IP phone systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and regular servicing. Allocate, configure, and maintain IT devices for employees, ensuring efficient operations and secure access. Oversee IT procurement, from evaluating vendors to purchasing hardware, software, and accessories cost-effectively. Support employees with technical queries, offering timely and effective solutions. Assist with digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of

3 years' experience

in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as

Azure, AWS, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive

, as well as

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and Outlook email server. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of

web design and website management

will be an added advantage.
