Solving IT support requests from employees.
Clearing employee queries regarding the computer systems.
Collection and analyzing data to diagnose problems regarding computer systems.
Implementation of Changes regarding configurations, settings in regards with permissions to fix computer issues.
Sign in generations for new hires during the onboarding process.
Installations of new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
Providing proper updates to the employees regarding their service requests.
Logging of all service requests and update tickets as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
