Job Description
Mark Williams are working with a leading insurance company in Dubai who is looking for an Emirati IT Support Specialist to join the team
The role:
- Deployment of new applications (and/or upgrades) and followups
- Call center system support, Audio Video Conferencing systems
- Troubleshoot software application issues to resolve basic known ones and escalate complex ones
- Ensure full compliance with the Information Security policy and procedures
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting
Client Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National with a family book
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with network architecture and LAN network protocols
