Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Staff. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and systems.Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
Assist in the deployment and management of IT assets, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support.Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) a plus.Benefits:
