Job Description
Monitor helpdesk and provide online technical solution to sort and rectify remote IT problems. Organise necessary spares & tools in conjunction with the service department and ensure jobs are scheduled and completed on time. Provide assistance to billing team and involve in payment follow-up. Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with team members. Prefer candidates having CISCO networking certification. Good time management, communication and reporting skills are a must.
