We are currently looking for an IT Support to work for one of our exclusive clients in Abu Dhabi. :
- IT- Support - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the OFFICE (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- IT Support Technician: 3 years (Required)
- Audio Visual Techinician: 3 years (Required)
