Position Overview
The IT Support Engineer - Dicetek Sharjah will lead and support the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the organization. The role involves configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting systems while ensuring smooth transition, user readiness, and compliance with IT security standards.

Core Duties

• Lead deployment and configuration of Windows 11 across desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows 11 environments
• Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity and smooth user transition
• Configure and optimize user devices and related applications for performance and reliability
• Create documentation, guides, and user training materials for the new operating system
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
• Provide ongoing end-user support and resolve incidents promptly

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience in IT support with practical expertise in Windows 11 deployments
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
