Providing technical support to all employees. Assisting with a wide range of issues, including connection problems, data access, network failures, poor computer performance, and cloud migration.

\xe2\x80\x93 Establish system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; assisting in defining system and operational policies and procedures.
\xe2\x80\x93 Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly.
\xe2\x80\x93 Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware.
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network
systems, and any other technical equipment.
\xe2\x80\x93 Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes.
\xe2\x80\x93 Run security checks on all of our systems.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning;
troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems;
designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.
\xe2\x80\x93 Secure system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing as per disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
\xe2\x80\x93 Upgrade system by conferring with vendors and services; evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
\xe2\x80\x93 Meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
\xe2\x80\x93 Protect organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping information confidential.
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform daily system administrator tasks. (Domain control, Storage Management, firewall).
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform daily desktop support, user support tasks. (User support on hardware and software).
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist and support Microsoft Dynamic 365 partner.
\xe2\x80\x93 Replace its parts when required.
\xe2\x80\x93 Setting up new users\xe2\x80\x99 accounts and profiles.

\xe2\x80\x93 Education: IT Support Engineering (Information system or Computer Science).
\xe2\x80\x93 Major field of study / certifications: MCSE AND MCITP, CCNA.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate great interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus.
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment. Superior interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others.
\xe2\x80\x93 Adaptability, flexibility, willingness to work shift rotations as required.
\xe2\x80\x93 Detail oriented, analytical problem solving, multi-tasking abilities, and punctual.
