- Oversee and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, applications, and data security measures.
- Windows server 2012 R2, 2016, Active directory, Hyper-V, Azure, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Grand stream IP PABX, Antivirus Management (Cloud and Console) Trend micro, NAS QNAP, SonicWALL Firewall, ERP System, GPS locator Management.
- Active directory/DNS/DHCP confirmation/ Group policy Designing. SonicWall / Fortinet firewall and Switches Configurations. Installation & management of software and hardware (Desktop peripherals / printers).
- Checking servers and peripherals like physically (LED & Noise), Backup, Performance report, Event Viewer, Device Manager, Task Manager (Resource Monitor), Disk Space, Network Connectivity, Antivirus, NAS storage etc...
- Managing All Server Backups via Windows backup, Synology NAS backup as well. Configuring & Maintaining Site to Site, VPN Connectivity on firewall.
- Installing, Maintaining, and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- ADHICS Process-Oriented: Document IT processes and procedures for clear communication and knowledge transfer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, preferably within a healthcare setting in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with common IT management tools.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and applications is a strong plus.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
