Job Description
Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Cisco UCS & Cisco Collaboration/Contact Center (CCU) Specialist to support ongoing projects and ensure optimal performance and configuration of Cisco-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco UCS blade and rack servers Manage and optimize Cisco CCU platforms including voice, video, and collaboration tools Work with UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, and associated storage/networking Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning Provide technical support for incidents and change management Document configurations and maintain system integrity
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience with Cisco UCS and Cisco Contact Center/Collaboration Hands-on expertise with UCS Manager, FI, Cisco Unified Communications, CUCM, UCCX Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware), networking, and storage integration Cisco certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP Data Center, CCNP Collaboration) Ability to join within 1-2 days is mandatory
