Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a strong background in real estate operations and in-depth experience with Zoho CRM and related systems. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the technology needs of our real estate business, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer relationship management through Zoho solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide IT support for agents and office staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Maintain company systems, emails, and backups Zoho CRM administration Support CRM, property listing platforms, and real estate software Ensure data security and smooth daily operations

Requirements

Experience in IT support Experience working in a real estate company is an advantage Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Knowledge of networks, computers, and system setup
