We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring system uptime and security. This role is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure Manage system backups, data recovery, and ensure IT security protocols are followed Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and cloud environments Respond to user requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support or systems administration role Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems, network protocols, and cybersecurity basics Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must hold a valid own visa (Freelance / Family etc.)
