Job Responsibilities

Design, implement, and customize Odoo ERP modules to suit business requirements. Collaborate with different departments to understand their workflows and map them into the Odoo system. Integrate Odoo with other internal and external systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, accounting, eCommerce platforms, etc.) to create a unified business environment. Provide technical support for the Odoo system, troubleshooting issues, performing system updates, and ensuring the ERP solution runs smoothly. Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Offer consultation on Odoo functionalities and best practices to improve business processes. Provide daily support and maintenance for all IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Perform regular system checks, backups, updates, and patch management. Provide training and ongoing support to employees on Odoo features and functionalities, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in using the system. Develop custom modules or scripts for specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance. Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user guides. Generate reports on system performance and usage metrics as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Odoo, and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance system efficiency and business processes. Perform any other tasks based on the business wise.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. Applicable professional qualification, such as

Odoo.

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent Experience with google sheets. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
