Job Description

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient technology operations across all departments. This includes overseeing the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software, hardware, and networks. The role ensures that systems related to production, inventory, ERP, and internal communication run seamlessly, supports cybersecurity efforts, and enables operational efficiency. The IT Specialist works closely with all departments to understand technology needs, provide solutions, and manage external vendors when required.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks



Manage, maintain, and support

IT infrastructure

, including servers, networks, workstations, and software applications. Install, configure, and troubleshoot

hardware and software

across all departments. Ensure smooth operation of

ERP, production, inventory, and communication systems

. Implement and maintain

cybersecurity measures

, including backups, access controls, and threat monitoring. Support employees with
