Installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues and regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure to meet the necessary demands Develop and test new innovative solutions and systems Promote and implement new technologies to enhance user experience and increase speed to market. Maintain and implement standardized IT policies and procedures. Ensure the integrity, availability, and security of the system. Conduct regular performance review of IT personnel Recommend IT and business process improvements to management and recommend solutions Conduct IT audits, review, and assessment of controls Create and implement budgets for TI projects and operations Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards Provide guidance on IT policies and procedures Coordinate IT project activities with internal departments and external vendors Perform IT administrative support activities Provide IT support and assistance to users Analyze system issues and provide resolutions Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans. Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems. Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems. Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems Install and update company software and hardware as needed Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items Familiarity with physical, network, and software security. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology Computer Engineer Minimum of five years of experience in IT or database administration.
