Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Semi government entity in Dubai, and they are looking for an IT Solutions Manager to manage and implement business process automation and enterprise data integration solutions.

Role:
- Identify and assess new and emerging GIS technologies to determine their relevance and potential value
- Administer formal educational training sessions to enhance end-user awareness and promote the adoption of implemented business process automation systems
- Contributes to the formulation of the technology strategy and roadmap by conducting in-depth analyses of business continuity, infrastructure, and data center strategies
- Oversees the implementation of the section\'s portfolio, offering recommendations for adjusting portfolio priorities as needed
- Contributes to developing, reviewing, and enhancing enterprise architecture practices whilst managing the evolution of GIS architectures
- Manages resources for designing and developing business process automation and enterprise data integration systems
- Ensures compliance with technology governance standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Obtained a Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an accredited university
- 7+ years of comprehensive work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in managerial or leadership roles
- Demonstrates a track record of achieving results, possessing exceptional planning and organizational abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Goal-oriented leader who fosters a conducive work environment, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations
- Proficient communicator and attentive listener, adept at conveying information both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates the capability to initiate and manage technology projects aligned with strategic and operational objectives
