The Role
As an IT Solutions Consultant, you will be the primary expert responsible for identifying business challenges and mapping them to our high-performance IT services and distribution products. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their technology journey and driving revenue growth through expert-led sales.
Key Responsibilities
Needs Analysis:
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to understand their technical infrastructure and business pain points.
Solution Architecting:
Collaborate with our technical team to design custom IT service packages and product bundles (Hardware/Software/Cloud).
Expert Presentation:
Deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals that showcase the ROI of Al Areej's solutions.
Market Expansion:
Proactively identify new business opportunities within the IT distribution landscape.
End-to-End Consulting:
Manage the relationship from the first consultation through to the closing of the deal and project hand-off.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
1-2 years of experience
in a technical sales, pre-sales, or IT consulting role.
IT Fluency:
A strong understanding of IT services (Managed Services, Networking, Security) and the distribution market.
Problem Solver:
You don't just sell products; you find solutions to complex problems.
Communication:
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (CEOs, Finance Managers, etc.).
