Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals
Manage daily content creation and posting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
Create promotional content highlighting facility management services (housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, pest control, etc.)
Design captions, visuals, reels, and short videos to increase engagement
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner
Run paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand reach
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for campaign planning
Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages
Knowledge of paid ads, lead generation, and campaign optimization
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Strong communication and content-writing skills
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Understanding of service-based or facility management industry is an advantage
