Position Overview

Core Duties

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents with detailed root cause analysis
• Configure, deploy, and manage firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, and other security tools
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and provide recommendations
• Lead cyber incident investigations and apply lessons learned to improve resilience
• Collaborate with project teams to address security needs in IT projects
• Provide technical evidence for compliance audits such as ISO27001 and ISR
• Support internal and external audits and ensure continuous compliance with frameworks
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, technologies, and trends
• Design, implement, and manage robust IT security frameworks across RTA's systems

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT security
• Proven expertise with firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, malware/email protection systems
• Strong background in security incident management and penetration testing
• Knowledge of compliance standards including ISO27001 and ISR
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
