Job Title: IT Sales Professional (UAE Market)

Experience Required

: Minimum 1-2 years in IT Sales or IT Business Development.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of IT products, services, and solutions, including Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions, Software & ERP Services, Cybersecurity, Data Center Services, Business continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure Services & Solutions. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent business growth. Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their requirements. Leverage an existing customer base and network to generate new leads and close deals. Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure business. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven in IT sales. Strong customer base and network in the UAE market, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth. Experience working with clients across multiple industries. Strong understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and customer pain points. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to achieve goals. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation Package

Salary: Basic Pay + Incentive

The Incentive is contingent upon achieving sales and collection.
