Conduct product demonstrations and effectively articulate solution benefits to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges to position services strategically.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
Support assets, contracts, and financial restructuring for Infrastructure Managed Services and transformation engagements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in originating and closing deals within professional services, specifically focused on Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) and IT Services sales.
Proven experience in closing multi-million-dollar deals and managing the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Strong understanding of Annual Maintenance, SLA-driven solutions, and ITIL-based IT Service Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Demonstrated ability to analyze client business processes and advise on solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering value while achieving business goals.
