Triple A Technology Solutions is an IT System Integrator and Reseller Company based in Business Bay - Dubai seeking an energetic, responsible female intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio. You will focus on learning how our organization functions. Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to customers and generating leads through promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry.
- Attend company functions and networking events.
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
