Job Description
Nair Systems is currently looking IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Required skills and qualifications: . Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA . Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing . Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system . Training experience . High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process . Preparing Management regular reports . Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots . Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards . Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables. . Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained. . Assist senior project managers for day to day activities . Manage small sized Projects .
