It Project Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator with experience in ELV, ICT, and Data Center projects to support project planning, coordination, and execution. The role involves close coordination with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of infrastructure and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate ELV, ICT, and Data Center projects from initiation to handover Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Prepare and maintain project documentation (method statements, submittals, BOQs, RFIs, MOMs, reports) Follow up on material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements Assist in project cost tracking, variation orders, and change management Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of UAE experience in similar fields Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and low-current systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents Driving Licence is a plus Experience working with system integrators or data center environments Knowledge of UAE standards and authorities (TDRA, Civil Defence, DEWA, ADDC - advantage)
