Job Description
Effectively leading and managing IT & OT Projects Effectively leading and managing ERP implementation project; involved in the following: Liaising between the internal business users and shortlisted vendors regarding project specifications, requirements, change requests and business processes throughout the project. Working closely with business users to assess and solve their digital transformation needs Developing and documenting project objectives, business requirements, and test cases for design and implementation of project Coordinating meetings, recording meeting minutes and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders Approaching and working with vendors, teams and suppliers for solution, training, and AMC requirements Actively participating with development team for detailed understanding of processes, capabilities of the system, utilization of the system and providing recommendations
