Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-centric digital experiences. Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Ensure consistency in design elements across platforms and devices. Participate in agile development cycles, offering design support and feedback throughout. Continuously iterate on designs based on analytics and user feedback. Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in IT or software products. Strong understanding of design thinking, user behavior, and accessibility standards. Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite). Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and stakeholders. * Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design case studies is required.
