Job Description

We are seeking a

technically skilled IT Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer

who can engage directly with clients to assess their IT infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable solutions. This role is not about aggressive sales but about

technical consultation, solution design, and coordination with vendors/partners

to ensure smooth procurement and implementation of IT hardware and systems.

Timings: 9:30am - 6:30pm (Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and challenges. Analyze requirements for

network devices, laptops/desktops, servers, printers, cameras, biometric systems, and related hardware/software.

Provide technical consultation and design solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, and best practices. Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations for client discussions. Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales cycle, addressing client queries and providing product demonstrations when required. Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers for procurement, delivery, and installation of IT solutions. Oversee and ensure proper implementation of IT systems through third parties while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in

IT infrastructure, technical pre-sales, or solutions engineering.

Strong technical knowledge of

networking devices, servers, endpoints, security systems, and IT peripherals.

Ability to translate client requirements into practical, cost-effective IT solutions. Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
