Job Summary:

The IT Personnel will be responsible for providing technical support to staffs and students, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of training equipment and software. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of network and system administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

Provide first and second-level technical support to staff and students via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment in classrooms and training rooms.

2. System and Network Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Ensure network security and implement security best practices. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity.

3. Training Equipment and Software:

Maintain and troubleshoot projectors, interactive whiteboards, and other classroom technology. Support the use of training software and e-learning platforms. Ensure that all software and hardware are up-to-date.

4. Documentation and Inventory:

Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and solutions. Manage IT inventory and track equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role in UAE. Strong knowledge of Windows and operating systems. Experience with network administration. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with audio-visual equipment is a plus.
