Job Description
:
- We need an IT operations manager to oversee OTM, WMS etc on need basis
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and management of Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle Warehouse Management System etc
- Operations Manager is responsible for managing business processes and resolve issues proactively by working with several internal stakeholder teams
- It includes key disciplines of: Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Operational Acceptance
- Accountable for establishing robust operating governance and best practices for the environments.
- Ensure reliability and availability of services and monitor adherence to IT security policies and procedures
- Identify, develop, implement, and track key performance indicators for the customer experience and operations teams.
- Ensure support teams are operating in adherence with all ITSM Processes and with associated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Be a lead for escalations for customer centric issues, support team members to promote the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Identify frequently raised issues to take up with the technical team to provide permanent fixes.
- Prepare Weekly Statistics and share the report for internal review.
- Define KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, review measures metrics and initiate actions required following the analysis of reporting data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Oracle technologies.
- Defining problems, collecting and analyzing data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions;
