We are looking for an experienced

IT Operating Model Consultant

who can design and implement strong IT operating frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring at least

10 years of experience

in preparing and rolling out IT operating models especially within

government sector institutions

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and implement IT operating models to align with business strategies. Assess current IT structures and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability. Work closely with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks. Ensure smooth adoption of the new operating model across departments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress. Stay updated with emerging IT trends, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum

10 years of proven experience

in preparing and implementing IT operating models. Prior experience working with

government institutions

is strongly preferred. Excellent understanding of IT governance, service management, and digital transformation. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
