1. Managing Oracle NetSuite Users Roles Profiles and its access with audit2. Managing Users and Roles with access privileges with best practices and procedures3. User level Support on NetSuite related tickets and identify needs to changes, Configure,updates and upgrades on tickets4. Understanding and scoping new requirements and its change effects5. Creating New Forms, Workflows, Approvals, Reports, Scripts, Dashboards for Operations6. Testing and Implementing new Projects for Functional and operational improvements7. Maintain Proper Backups of changes done and its roll backs8. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.9. Involve in continues IT Related learning and Training for employees on day-to-day operations10. Identify Innovative advancements and help to align with company objectives11. Integrating ERP with multiple software for ease of use and support new features12. Supporting Operations for identifying and solving tickets which needs development assistance13. Improve your skills on software development, not limited to oracle and make Implementbetter organizational changes and seamless integrations through it14. Suggest and Implement new Software's, which are beneficial for Organization ImprovementsMinimumQualifications &Knowledge: B.E/BSC - IT/Computer Science and Engineering Advance Degree or Relevant Certifications are Plus Min 3 Year Experience in Oracle NetSuite along with Suitelet scripting Good Communication skill with Knowledge in Project handling and end User Training Knowledge in Company Functional process Oracle NetSuite Certifications or Proven Experiences Integrations and API will be added PlusMinimum Experience: 2-4 Years In relevant FiledJob Specific Skills/ Complexity Scripting Development, Workflow management, Functional mapping, Problem Solving, Communications, Proactive Measures, Integrations Skills, Training, Process Mapping, Analytics skills, Reporting tools integrationsCore Competencies Java/Scripts Developments, Problem Solving, NetSuite Developments
