We are looking for a

hands-on IT & Marketing Tech Manager based in the UAE

to build the technical foundation of our growth - covering

e-commerce systems (Shopify & Shopware)

,

tracking & KPIs

, and

automation & AI projects

.

Your Responsibilities

E-Commerce Systems

Manage and optimize our

Shopify shop in Dubai

. Support our

Shopware shop in Germany

(training provided if needed). Ensure smooth integrations with TikTok Shop, Stripe, and other platforms.

Marketing Tech Setup

Set up and maintain technical tracking for

Meta, Google, and TikTok

. Implement

GA4, conversion APIs, dashboards, UTM structures

. Provide accurate technical setups and data for the performance marketing team.

Automation & AI

Build and optimize

automations

(Klaviyo flows, WhatsApp, Telegram bots). Support

AI-driven projects

(e.g. chatbots, reminder systems) with measurable business impact.

Data & Reporting

Deliver

live KPIs

for management (dashboards, Telegram bot). Ensure data accuracy and consistency (revenue, conversion rates, ad spend, inventory).

System Stability

Maintain stable IT operations (backups, access management, security).

Your Profile

Must-Haves

Currently based in the UAE

- applications from outside the UAE will not be considered. Strong experience with

Shopify

(setup, apps, integrations). Solid knowledge of

marketing tech & tracking

(GA4, APIs, conversion setup). Experience with

automation tools

(Klaviyo, WhatsApp, Telegram bots). Hands-on, solution-oriented, and independent working style. Fluent English.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with

Shopware

(or willingness to learn - training provided). Familiarity with

Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

(technical setup, not campaign management). Basic IT knowledge in security, backups, and access management.
