IT Manager, (MS 365, Windows, MacOS) - Dubai, UAE

Summary

• Responsible for managing the entire IT department
• Responsible for the supervision, implementation, and maintenance of computing needs
• Evaluate and recommend new IT systems to support suggested improvements and
• Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT systems whether Cloud hosted or on-premises
• Including but not restricted to Office 365 Suite, phones, and firewalls.
• Dynamic, HP server, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)?and Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
• SOC 1 and SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and its Cloud-based).
• Day-to-day administration of internal infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory,
• DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIPphone systems, and endpoint security.?
• Process automation with scripting using languages such as PowerShell.
• VMware System Esxi
• SonicWall
• Ensure that backups Veeam and Disaster Recovery procedures are in place and are followed
• Experience in managing, investigating, and resolving vulnerabilities.
• Review and update existing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that they remain current and in compliance with our ISMS and QMS and create new SOPs as and when required.

Experience Required

• 5+ years\' experience in a similar role within a law firm, legal department, legal consultancy, or professional services firm
• 5+ years of previous experience in managing or mentoring a small team
• Responsible for supporting users and managing Windows and MacOS devices.
• Experience in managing a Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
• Managing end-user devices with RMM or MDM platforms such as Intune
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English
