We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire IT department and ensuring that all IT accounting software systems (ORACLE Net Suit - Focus ERP - Odoo - Tally) Implementation and processes are running smoothly and efficiently (not configuration). You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are meeting their objectives and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:

• Must have experience inaccounting software implementation (ORACLE Net Suit - Focus ERP - Odoo - Tally) Implementation.
• Manage and oversee the entire IT department, including staff, budgets, and projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving IT systems and processes.
• Ensure that all IT systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to IT team members to ensure that they are meeting their objectives and delivering high-quality results.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT needs and goals.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of IT systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the field and ensure that the company is making the most of these advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management (Group of Companies).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Experience with budget management and financial planning.
• Familiarity with current and emerging technologies.

Technical experience:

• Experience with a variety of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including LANs, WANs, and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as MySQL and Oracle.
• Experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

In addition to these technical skills, an IT manager should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. They should also be able to stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the field and be able to effectively manage budgets and resources. Server experience:

• Experience with server 2016 -2019-2021 hardware and configuration, including installing and configuring hardware components such as processors,memory, and storage.
• Knowledge of different operating systems that can be used on servers, such as Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
• Experience with server virtualization technologies,such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with server backup and recovery procedures, including the use of backup software and disaster recovery plans.
• Experience with server security, including the implementation of firewall and intrusion detection systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot server issues and resolve technical problems.
• Web servers: These servers host websites and deliver web content to users. Examples include Apache and IIS.
• Email servers: These servers handle the sending and receiving of email messages. Examples include Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace.
• Database servers: These servers store and manage large amounts of data and provide access to that data for applications and users. Examples include MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• File servers: These servers store and manage files, allowing users to access and share them across a network.
• Virtual servers: These servers use virtualization technology to create multiple virtual machines on a single physical server, allowing for more efficient use of resources.

In addition to these types of servers, an IT manager may also need to have experience with other specialized servers, such as application servers, print servers, and domain name system (DNS) servers. It is important for an IT manager to be familiar with the various types of servers and their functions in order to effectively manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of an organization. Network Infrastructure experience:

• Group of Companies Network infrastructure: This includes the hardware and software that make up an organization\'s computer network, such as routers, switches, and cables. An IT manager should have experience designing and configuring network architectures and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Server infrastructure: This includes the servers that host an organization\'s applications and data, as well as the hardware and oftware needed to manage and maintain those servers. An IT manager should have experience with different types of servers and be able to install, configure, and maintain them.
• Storage infrastructure: This includes the hardware and software needed to store and manage an organization\'s data. An IT manager should have experience with different types of storage technologies, such as SANs and NAS, and be able to design and implement a storage strategy that meets the needs of the organization.
• End-user computing: This includes the hardware and software that employees use to access and work with applications and data, such as computers, laptops, and mobile devices. An IT manager should have experience managing and supporting end-user computing systems and be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise.
• Cloud computing: This includes the use of cloud-based services to host applications and data and deliver them over the internet. An IT manager should have experience with cloud computing technologies and be able to evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of using the cloud versus on-premises solutions.

Background industries: Information technology: This could include experience working for an IT consulting firm, software development company, or other organization that provides IT services. Manufacturing: An IT manager in the manufacturing industry may have experience working for a company that uses advanced automation and robotics technologies, and may be familiar with the specific IT needs of this type of organization.
