Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

IT & Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee and manage daily technical operations, ensuring smooth functionality of IT systems as well as mechanical and electrical equipment. The supervisor will lead a team of 10 technicians, implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of a team of 10 technicians. Assign work, track progress, and ensure quality and timely completion. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT, mechanical, or electrical issues beyond technician level. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and reports for management. Train and mentor technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Diploma holders may be considered with strong supervisory experience.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT and/or maintenance roles. At least 2 years of proven experience supervising a technical or maintenance team. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Strong hands-on experience with PC hardware/software, networking, pumps, and mechanical/electrical equipment.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Advanced troubleshooting skills in IT, mechanical, and electrical systems. Proficiency in scheduling and preventive maintenance planning. Excellent documentation and reporting abilities. Strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

AED 2,000 monthly performance bonus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
