Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
IT learning Management (m/f) - Remote
Main Technical Requirements:
Creation of customized programs for learning and development and follow through on their implementation

• Production of learning deliverables (manuals, training presentations, online events, FAQ, etc.) in English and Deutsch
• Coordination and production of virtual events
• Coordinate learning initiatives by planning and tracking of tasks, schedules, resources, and dependencies
• Training and support (not technical) of IT end-users to drive successful adoption of workplace applications and

technologies

• Monitoring and review of the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
• Evaluation and update of trainings and development programs, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work

environment

• Collaboration with the user experience (UseIT) teams all around the world, across the operating companies and

regions, aiming to capture current methodologies and trends, that can be reused across and collect feedback
and input from and towards the end users

• Collaboration with management to identify end-user training needs
• Oversee and direct masterclasses, webinars, Q&A's, and individual training sessions
• Execution of defined user engagement operations in accordance with given procedures, and related administrative

activities

• Support to ongoing projects of the User experience team.

Consultants to be assigned to the service by the provider should have:

• Great PowerPoint presentation design skills
• Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 tools
• Impressive communication and presentation skills
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position
• good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedules
• Understanding of and passion for IT
• Ability to translate technology into user benefits with user-centric approach
• Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team
• Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels
• Native-speaker level command of English and Deutsch with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills.
• Strategic and out of the box-thinking
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Curiosity with experimentation and hands-on approach, eager to learn and develop soft skills, easy going and able to

relate to and interact with a diverse and global team.

• Team player and proactive, with initiative and the ability to offer new ideas

people's attitudes when necessary
