Description
Manage IT infrastructure and operations for and evaluate large infrastructure projects for strategic partners.Oversee support services, design Azure and on-premises systems, and lead ITIL-based service desk operations.Ensure continuous improvement of IT assets, workflows, and service delivery processes.Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and regulatory authorities on procurement and technical evaluations.Provide technical guidance on networking, data centers, hybrid cloud, and Microsoft 365 services for multi-entity organisations.
Profile
Strong expertise in networking, data centers, Azure administration, and hybrid cloud technologies.Practical experience managing IT for multi-entity organisations.At least 2-4 years of leadership experience within IT Infrastructure at large enterprise level organisations.Demonstrated experience of dealing with stakeholders and vendors in the GCC.
