This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk resource to join a growth focused IT company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding on computer systems and software\xe2\x80\x99s.(Arabic speaking Mandatory)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining tickets, workstation and performance.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Resolve customer tickets in line with our procedures and internal tools
- Transfer complex requests to our maintenance team (support level 3) and follow the incidents requiring greater expertise
- Communicate the progress and resolution to our customer
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- You speak Arabic language. You enjoy being in contact with customers and have a great sense of service
- You have a university degree with good communication skills (written and verbal) and fluently speak English, Arabic
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the helpdesk domain, tracking and qualifying customer requests, ideally in a software environment
- Bachelor\'s (BS) degree with certificates in Arabic language
