We are looking for an IT support professional to maintain our office systems, network, and provide technical assistance to our recruitment and construction teams.Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and printers. Provide first-level support to employees for network and system issues. Troubleshoot email, internet connectivity, and recruitment software issues. Manage user accounts and data backups.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science. 1-3 years of experience in technical support. Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. Good command of English (technical). Based in Dammam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?2,000.00 - ?3,000.00 per month
