Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware like servers,
desktops, laptops, software, IT networks, printers, scanners,
telephone systems, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory.
  • Configuring and managing Avaya IP phones.
  • Setting up accounts for new users, on-boarding and off-boarding
employees.
  • Certified professionals in Microsoft and Networking would be
most preferred.
  • Proficient user of Windows 10/11, Microsoft365, and Active
Directory, and can provide support for these applications.
  • Minimum 5 Year of working experience in the same field
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
