Job Overview
As an IT Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices from leading brands such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, ASUS, Acer, HONOR, and Huawei. The role involves meeting daily productivity targets, updating brand systems, and interacting with walk-in customers who require service support. You will play a vital role in maintaining Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through efficient technical service and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in-warranty and out-of-warranty laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Achieve daily productivity targets and deliver results as per brand KPIs
• Provide technical assistance to walk-in customers and resolve queries effectively
• Accurately update brand service portals and internal systems with service activity
• Perform repairs in compliance with brand procedures and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quality repairs and professional interaction
• Contribute to maintaining a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the service center

Job Requirements

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electronics or a related field
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktops from leading brands
• Prior work experience at an authorized service center is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies
