Duties & Responsibilities: Follow up and consolidate weekly project status reports. Raise requests for eSignature. Support in documentation of processes and procedures. Other ad-hoc tasks for information consolidation, follow-ups and documentation. Support the team on ITIL processes for improvements. Quality check and control on the policy and process documents. Support in preparation of reports and data to internal / external audit. Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. 1 - 3 years of experience in an IT role preferably in the Banking industry. ITIL v3 or v4 is required. Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Knowledge of Service Management domain and practices. Written Communications skills. Ad hoc reporting. Clerical Documentation Standards and Procedures. Basic knowledge of ITIL and Service management. Basic knowledge of SDLC. Basic knowledge of project management.
